Southern Program Alliance – Mentone Dewatering HDD Works

Recently, Pipeline Drillers completed HDD works for Lendlease Engineering Acciona Coleman Rail JV (LACJV). These works consisted of the installation of a slotted dewatering casing and internal gathering pipe as part of the Southern Program Alliance (SPA) in Mentone. A total of 890 meters of pipe length was installed.

The installed, comprising of slotted steel enveloper casing, which is designed to maximize groundwater inflow for dewatering water bearing sands along the bore path. Once the site is dewatered the extensive excavation works can commence.  The Pipeline Drillers team did an excellent job completing the project whilst adhering to the rail work safety standards.

Gladstone Regional Council Emergency Works – Auckland Creek

The Pipeline Drillers team did an excellent job battling the summer heat and an environmentally sensitive location as part of emergency works for Gladstone Regional Council. These works entailed a 710mm PN20 HDPE 180 meter HDD Crossing under Auckland Creek, Gladstone, Queensland.

Isle of Capri Bridge – Gold Coast

Pipeline Drillers engaged HDD techniques to install two (2) x 710mm HDPE pipes under Isle Capri Bridge, Gold Coast. This highly populated location ensured the team efficiently utilized HDD techniques to install the 270 meter and 140 meter pipes without any complications.

Trenchless Road Crossing Under Goombi Fairymeadow Road

Pipeline Drillers successfully completed a project for CPB Contractors which involved installing two (2) conduits under Goombi Fairymeadow Road, to help sustain gas production within the Appling’s development fields. The team did an excellent job to install the 2 x 60 meter lengths of 110mm & 180mm HDPE in rock ground conditions.
