Pipeline Drillers were challenged with the task of installing four (4) x 250m bores under the ever-popular Currumbin Creek. Historical survey data showed a minefield of services running under the river, requiring a careful selection of the profile and alignment route to ensure the successful installation.  The drill rig and the associated ancillary equipment were set up on the edge of the creek in the RSL carpark to undertake the drill. The daily activities provided a site for the local passers-by to witness the PDG team showcasing a safe, professional and swift installation of the HDPE.
