About the Role

Pipeline Drillers Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of HDD and civil infrastructure projects across planning, coordination, and execution phases.

This role offers the opportunity to step into a specialist, high-demand sector without requiring direct HDD experience. You’ll take ownership of project coordination and delivery activities while working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The position is suited to someone who is highly organised, enjoys a hands-on approach, and is comfortable working across both site and office environments while driving project performance, reporting, and stakeholder outcomes.

The role is Brisbane based with potential for site travel for the right person.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of HDD and civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Assist with reporting, cost tracking, forecasting, and project documentation

  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Monitor progress and assist in resolving delivery and site issues

  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, variations, progress claims, and procurement tracking

  • Support procurement and coordination of materials, plant, and equipment

  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with safety, quality, and compliance requirements

  • Attend site meetings and support delivery activities


About You

  • Experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities, or construction project environments

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery processes

  • Ability to work across both site and office environments

  • Diploma or degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • White Card and First Aid Certificate preferred
