Safety

Project delivery is supported by experienced site leadership, established operational procedures and continuous monitoring of drilling conditions and site activities. Safety is managed through strong onsite leadership, disciplined daily pre-starts, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ongoing reassessment of risks as ground conditions and drilling operations evolve.

Operational controls including exclusion zones, equipment inspections, clear crew communication and stop-work authority ensure hazards are identified early and managed proactively.

Environment

Environmental risks associated with HDD works are addressed through detailed planning and site-specific controls, particularly for crossings near waterways and environmentally sensitive areas.

Our extensive experience, coupled with industry leading processes and equipment ensures our strong track record of environmental stewardship is maintained.

Quality

Quality assurance is maintained through defined procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and agreed hold points prior to construction.

During delivery, drilling alignment, performance parameters, materials and polyethylene welding are regularly verified to ensure installations meet project specifications. Final project close-out includes testing, preparation of as-built documentation and formal project handover to the client.
