About the Role
Working closely with the Project Managers, engineers and clients, you'll help coordinate the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. You'll play a pivotal role behind the scenes, ensuring projects remain organised, documentation is accurate, communication flows effectively and project milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of smaller civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion
- Support Project Managers with project scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Act as the key point of communication between the office, logistics yard and site teams
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure expectations are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes
- Assist with tender and bid submissions, including coordinating returnable documentation and tender portal administration
- Monitor project costs, progress and resource requirements
- Support quality, compliance and Integrated Management System (IMS) administration
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and administrative systems
